great location refreshing pool clean hotel
The location was great! it was tucked away on a side street, away from the main hustle. the pool was very refreshing after a day exploring. i loved that the hotel was so clean. It added to the relaxed atmosphere.
there wasn't much storage space for clothes.

the staff was indeed helpful. the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. i found the hotel clean. the pool provided a relaxing area.
i noticed a lack of storage for clothing and toiletries it was inconvenient.

attentive staff laundry service good location
the staff was very attentive i arranged the laundry service and they handled it without any issues the bath in my room was great the hotel is in a good location a short walk takes you to tha phae gate i felt safe there. the rooms were comfortable and clean i took advantage of the pool every chance i got the hotel staff makes this hotel even better they are a fantastic team.

dirty towels small room
the staff were friendly. laundry service was sorted out without issues.
the hotel felt isolated. i found dirty towels and sheets multiple times. the room wasn't spacious.
